JH Software ApS is a privately held software development corporation founded in 1999 in New Jersey USA by Jesper G. Høy (read Jesper's Blog) and now located in Denmark.

We started out developing the now very popular Simple DNS Plus software which is still our main focus area. Building on our accumulated expertise in the DNS field, we have since developed several other DNS related services, software titles, as well as customer specific solutions. We also develop software for the international freight forwarding industry, as well as web-based training and testing solutions for schools in Denmark.

Our products are based on a vision of providing solutions, which are truly simple to use, yet provide powerful features.

Our revenues and profits have increased every year since we started in 1999, we have been completely self-financed all the way through, and we continue investing our profits back into the future of our company and products.
We have a large and very loyal customer base, and we are here to continue serving them for the long-term.

Thanks to DNS servers we surf the Internet using names such as "www.simpledns.com" instead of impossible to remember IP addresses.
DNS servers translate these domain names into machine readable IP-addresses needed to locate the requested web-server on the Internet.
What makes Simple DNS Plus "simple" is its user interface and automation features. All options and settings are available directly from the intuitive Windows user interface. It provides wizards for common tasks such as setting up new zones, importing data, making bulk updates, etc. You never need to mess with cryptic configuration files or registry settings. Novice users can have their DNS server up and running correctly and securely in no time.
But make no mistake - Simple DNS Plus is a very capable and full featured DNS server, and it has plenty of options for expert users to tweak it just the way they want
